• Demolition of 40 rooms, including halls, in the wing A, both upstairs and downstairs.
• Demolition of all flooring tiles in the designated areas.
• Demolition of tubs, vanities, and toilets in 40 rooms.​
• Completion of plumbing in 30 rooms, ensuring water connections are established.​
• Completion of electrical work in 35 rooms, including all layout installations, ceiling lights, receptacles, and cabinet layouts.
• The exterior paint of the property has been completed.​
• The event center has been painted and is finished.
• First-floor ceiling insulation has been installed along with plumbing and electrical work.
