PROGRESS THIS WEEK
- All 40 units have been completed with bathroom tubs and hardy wall tiles
- Tubs’ drains have been changed to new ones in all 40 units
- Trim kit installation is included for all 40 units
- Cabinets, kitchenettes, and closets were installed in all 40 rooms
- Primed, sealed, and painted for a finished look
- All 40 rooms have water supply (hot and cold) along with venting pipes and drains
- Shut off valves installed in hallways of both A wing and East wing
- Shut-off valves are spaced every 20 ft for quick water shut-off in case of future leaks
TWO-WEEK PLAN AHEAD
- Electrician has completed work on 27 rooms, awaiting electrical panels and main feeders
- Requesting the second draw for exterior paint and accent balcony rails
- Room doors are currently being painted
- Electrician to continue work on the remaining rooms next week
