- Water lines and drains for Rooms 101-120 have been installed
- Water lines and kitchen drains for Rooms 201-220 have been installed
- Plans and preparation to build a 40-unit storage center
- Additional paint touch-ups
- Delivered cabinets to the job site for 20 units; commencing work on the other 20 for Wing A
- Completing plumbing work, specifically finishing shut-off valves in hallways
Two-week Ahead Plan
- Continue storage center build-out
- Install sheetrock, tape, and float
- Prepare flooring for installation
- Begin patching rooms and hallways
- Start laundry set up on Monday, February 19th
- Break concrete and set drain lines for rough and plumbing for the laundry room
- Apply the last coat of paint in the event center lobby and hallways
