PROGRESS THIS WEEK
- Demolition of roofing for the lobby area and installation of composition tiles are completed
- Sanding of trims and interior doors is in progress
- Sanding, painting, and installation are ongoing
- Andrew visited the property in person and also visited with the city of Brownsville Planning And Zoning and Building department to troubleshoot permit delays
- Andrew also found a few exceptions that he was able to bring up with the city of Brownsville to bypass the need to put up a fence in the back which would be an additional cost
- We were also able to secure a civil engineer for the required sidewalk. The city of Brownsville is pushing on all commercial property owners on the expressway

- Collaborating with a drafter and civil engineer to meet city permit requirements
- Scheduled for final review of city permit requirements next week
