- Beginning cabinet and closet production for units 41-80
- Have received city approval for: Electrical, Gas, Mechanical, Planning and Zoning, and Fire Department
- Remaining items to be approved by city: Plumbing, Public Utilities Cross Connection and Backflow
- Andrew Onsite for the second time in a month to push the project along
